How it works for writers

Each client gets their own workspace: their documents, their profile, their applications. Nothing from one client ever reaches another's draft.

Work the application.

Notice in, checklist run, outline from the notice, sections drafted with citations, read-through for anything that contradicts itself across sections. Rewrite what you'd rewrite anyway.

Hand it over.

When the grant is won, pass the record to the client. They get their own Lena account with the award, the budget, and the reporting requirements already in place. You keep read access if you want it, and the client stops counting against your plan.
