Upload the funding notice, your IRS letter, your SAM.gov record, your budget, your last annual report, whatever you have. Lena reads them and keeps them together in one place.

Run the checklist.

Before anyone writes a word, Lena pulls every hard requirement out of the notice and checks your documents against it: legal name spelled the same everywhere, EIN and UEI matching, physical address where a physical address is required, deadline in the funder's time zone, every attachment the notice asks for. Each item shows where the rule comes from and where your documents pass or don't.

Draft from your documents only.

Lena writes each section of the application from what you uploaded. Every fact carries a citation back to the document it came from. Anything the documents can't support becomes a flag, in plain English, telling you what to add. Lena never fills a gap with something that sounds right.

Watch the money.

When the grant lands, the application becomes the record. Lena reads the award terms, tracks spending against them as you go, and flags problems while there's still time to fix them, not at year end.
